Are you waiting on an order? - I try to provide tracking information when it is available, but sometimes the products are shipped directly from their manufacturers and I don't have a tracking number readily available.  If you have a problem or concern with an order, please send an email to sales@jamesoaksenterprises.com. If you do not get a reply in 24-hours, please check your emails spam folder (Note that I do not always respond on Saturday & Sundays). You may also contact me through the phone number provided on the Paypal transaction. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name, date of order and description of item ordered. I will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible. In some circumstances, I may not call you back until I have tracked the package or contacted the manufacturer so that I have the information at hand to provide to you.

Note about the availability of parts for your Ranger/Bronco II:

Some companies keep a limited supply of aftermarket parts for Ranger's/Bronco II's. Some only make the part on an 'as needed' basis. Many companies cater to the fullsize truck and Jeep market, and the support for the Ranger/Bronco II has decreased. Because of this, there may be delays in receiving your order.
